Running Clinic
Correct running technique, strength and dynamic joint mobility and control are all factors that contribute to performance and risk of injury.
Our team of Exercise Physiologists and running coaches have worked together to deliver running courses for a range of athletic levels and goals. Our class participants range from de-conditioned mums returning to running to competitive athletes. The course size is limited to 8 -10 people. Small group sessions allows for individual attention in a small group environment and helps athletes to achieve their goals. It is a relaxed group environment and we like to have a laugh yet challenge ourselves at the same time.
