- Ce and Rose, Centric Pilates Founders
About Ce
Ce O’Donnell, Co Founder of Centric Pilates
I began Pilates under the guidance of my friend Rose who is also co founder of Centric, as a form of recovery for a back injury obtained while playing sport. The success that I achieved in my recovery and the improvement in flexibility, strength and movement, created a desire within me to gain an understanding as to how this principle could deliver such amazing results.
So began the path of completing my Certificate IV in Contemporary Pilates and Teaching Methodology whilst still working full time in education. This was quickly followed by my Diploma.
I have a special interest in women’s health especially programs for pre and post natal clients. I also enjoy working with small groups and individuals in helping them to achieve their own personal goals.
Having a background of over 20 years' experience as a teacher allows me to plan and assess programs whilst providing personal feedback for all clients so that each session is tailored to specific needs.

About Rose
Rose Prout, Co Founder of Centric Pilates
I've worked as a Pilates Instructor for 15 years and as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist for 10 years, and I have loved every minute of it.
In my career I've been lucky to work in many major cities such as Canberra and London. The majority of my positions have been in multi-disciplined Health Clinics which has given me the opportunity to work alongside other exercise physiologists, physiotherapists and massage therapists.
In 2010 I moved back to Dubbo to be closer to family and started working at Precision Health Care.
After all my years of experience and working with knowledge and wonderful people I decided to open my own Pilates studio.
I'm excited to be now working with Ce at Centric Pilates.
