Rosalie holds a five week exercise program focusing on muscles of the inner core.
The course program is aimed at beginners and intermediate participants. The class focuses on improving core strength and control as well as increase flexibility and decreasing muscular tension.

Exercise mats are provided. First timers please arrive 10 minutes early.
